After a  career in the Hotel Industry and a stint abroad.

I joined my husband a (French Classical Trained Chef) to open La Med Restaurant in Clifton in 1998.

Therafter I spent  20 years  at the Baxter Theater  Centre running the Restaurant Functions and Bars and also catering Uct functions as well as Graduation Ceremonies and numerous other events.

The last 10 years I have had the pleasure of Managing the iconic Rhodes Memorial  Restaurant in conjunction with Jessica s Catering’.
